Crane Hydraulic Cylinders

We supply heavy‑duty crane hydraulic cylinders for hoisting equipment. Widely used on truck cranes and mobile cranes. High‑strength cylinder tube, wear‑resistant piston rod and high‑pressure seals ensure stable performance under heavy‑load lifting work. OEM & ODM customization is available according to your drawings. All cylinders pass strict pressure testing before delivery.

Application Scope of Crane Hydraulic Cylinders

I. Covered Complete Machine Categories

Compatible with the full series of lifting machinery ranging from 1 ton to 4000 tons, consistent with the supporting specifications listed in the parameter table:

  • Truck cranes (vehicle-mounted lifting cranes)
  • Crawler cranes
  • Rough-terrain wheeled cranes
  • Gantry cranes and overhead travelling cranes (for factories and ports)
  • Tower cranes
  • Truck-mounted cranes, folding boom cranes, and ladder booms of aerial work fire trucks

II. Specific Installation Positions of Cylinders (Core Working Conditions)

1. Outrigger Cylinders (the most critical component)

Function: Extend to support the whole machine, level the equipment during operation, bear loads and prevent overturning.

Features: Large bore diameter, strong eccentric load resistance and high compressive strength, adapting to high-pressure working conditions of 10–42 MPa.

2. Luffing Cylinders

Control the elevation angle of the main boom to adjust lifting height and working radius, and perform frequent telescopic movements under heavy loads for long booms.

3. Telescopic Boom Cylinders (built inside multi-section booms)

Extend step by step through multi-section sleeves to lengthen the crane boom, featuring an extremely wide stroke range (ultra-long stroke of 30–15875 mm as shown in parameters).

4. Slewing Cylinders

Drive the upper carriage to rotate 360 degrees for circular positioning and placement of suspended loads.

5. Hook Lifting/Lowering Cylinders & Counterweight Shifting Cylinders

Specially designed for large-tonnage heavy-duty cranes. They balance the overall machine torque and adjust counterweight positions to increase the rated lifting capacity.

6. Auxiliary Cylinders for Jib and Fly Jib

Fold, unfold and lock the extended auxiliary jibs for lifting operations in narrow high-altitude spaces.

III. Downstream Industry Application Scenarios

  1. Infrastructure Engineering: Bridge erection, steel structure hoisting for factory buildings, wind turbine tower installation, expressway guardrail installation
  2. Ports and Terminals: Container gantry cranes, ship deck cranes, bulk heavy cargo loading and unloading
  3. Mining and Heavy Industry: Disassembly and assembly of heavy mining equipment, underground hydraulic lifting devices
  4. Fire Emergency Rescue: Aerial ladder fire trucks for high-rise buildings, lifting booms for emergency rescue
  5. Power Industry: Transmission tower erection, hoisting of large transformers and power equipment
  6. Shipbuilding and Heavy Industry: Hull block lifting, ship deck cranes (marine cranes)
