Application Scope of Hydraulic Cylinders for Agricultural Tractors

1. Rear Three-Point Hitch Suspension System

This is the most core application of tractor hydraulic cylinders. It controls the lifting, lowering and tillage depth of all rear-mounted farming implements, including plows, rotary tillers, harrows, seeders, mowers and subsoilers. It lifts farm tools automatically when turning on field headlands to reduce implement abrasion, and locks the suspended equipment during road transportation for safety.

2. Front End Loader Assembly System

Consists of boom lifting cylinders and bucket tilt cylinders. The boom cylinder controls the lifting height for loading grains, forage, soil and farm wastes; the tilt cylinder realizes bucket scooping, dumping and self-leveling functions, widely used in farmyard material handling and farmland construction.

3. Chassis Hydraulic Steering System

Front axle steering cylinders drive the front wheels for flexible turning, greatly lowering driver operation fatigue. It performs stably in muddy paddy fields, narrow field paths and hilly orchards. Articulated steering cylinders are matched for high-horsepower heavy-duty tractors to ensure reliable steering under full load and climbing conditions.

4. External Auxiliary Hydraulic Output System

Connect with tractor remote hydraulic outlets to power various external attachments: fold sprayer booms, drive baler compression & wrapping devices, operate log splitters and post hole diggers, and tilt dump trailers for automatic grain and crop unloading.

5. Other Auxiliary Functional Uses

• Flip cylinder for reversible plough body to complete bidirectional soil turning;
• Overturn cylinder for tractor cab easy maintenance and service;
• Balance adjustment cylinder for hillside orchard tractors to prevent side tipping.
