Common RFQ Errors

Providing only the forklift model

A model name may not identify cylinder function or production revision. Include the part number, drawing or complete measurements.

Using worn dimensions as the design

Elongated pin holes, bent rods and distorted mounts should be recorded as damage, not copied into a replacement specification.

Ignoring mast and attachment geometry

Loads at the cylinder depend on the mechanism. Provide the real linkage and working positions instead of estimating from truck capacity alone.
