Provide a controlled dimensional drawing<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A dimensional drawing should establish one consistent datum system. Also identify the hydraulic fluid, operating viscosity range, available flow, desired extension and retraction times and any load-holding or synchronization requirement. Main pumping cylinders require special attention to repeated reciprocating duty; outrigger cylinders require clear load-holding expectations; boom cylinders require the actual linkage load cases.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do not use the pump relief setting as the normal continuous pressure without explanation. If force values are calculated, include the pressure, effective area, efficiency or loss assumptions and the linkage position used for the calculation.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Describe the real operating duty<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duty information helps the supplier evaluate more than static strength. Record cycles per hour or pumping strokes per minute, daily operating hours, expected life target, dwell time under pressure and whether multiple cylinders move together. Describe shock, vibration, side load, eccentric load and any rapid reversals. A peak load that occurs once during setup is different from a load repeated throughout every working day.<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maximum and typical cycle rate.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous operating hours and seasonal utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Time held under pressure for boom or outrigger functions.<\/li>\n<li>Expected shock, vibration, side load and alignment variation.<\/li>\n<li>Required motion smoothness and permissible drift or leakage limits.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. State environmental and sealing requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temperature, contamination and maintenance practice directly affect the sealing and surface-protection choices. Provide ambient and fluid temperatures, dust and concrete contamination, water exposure, washdown method, storage conditions and the hydraulic fluid specification.
